Return Policy

New & Unopened – 30 day exchange or refund of merchandise cost. (We are unable to refund shipping)

Items must be returned in unused/unmarked/sellable condition  

If you received a defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped Item from us, please call 920-731-7635 or email us at so we can fix this for you.

Personalized items may not be returned.

Note: we inspect all product before shipping. Any return that does not comply with the above policy may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%

Please allow 1-2 weeks for return to be received & processed. An email confirmation will be sent once we receive your return or exchange.
